The Ask: MGM Resorts wanted to redesign their web properties, and make them responsive.
The Answer: Leveraging emotional design, the redesign entices users to take full advantage of all the fun and entertainment the resort has to offer. With a fully responsive site, improved IA, and a killer look, guests can use their mobile device as they stroll The Strip to book a room, see who’s performing tonight, purchase tickets to a show, make dinner reservations, and more! Components can be reused throughout the site, and the templated site can be used across properties–from Vegas to China. As part of the UX team, I was responsible for wireframes, annotations, functional specifications, design flows, site maps, and more.
